Legal Administration Specialist I

About the role

The role combines legal administration, contract support, document preparation, and research activities. You will work closely with attorneys and internal and external stakeholders, supporting the preparation and management of legal documentation and resources. You will also contribute to clear, consistent processes by organizing requests, preparing reports, and maintaining practical guidelines and training materials.

What you'll do

• Receive, review, triage, and manage standard legal workflows and requests, ensuring they are directed and handled appropriately
• Support attorneys with contract administration, including document editing, formatting, review, and analysis
• Conduct standard legal and factual research and prepare clear, well-organized, evidence-based reports
• Develop, maintain, and deliver standard legal resources, guidelines, and training materials
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while following established policies, procedures, and standards
