About the role

We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented Legal & Compliance Associate to independently manage legal, corporate governance, regulatory and transaction-related matters. The ideal candidate will have strong legal fundamentals, sound judgment and a high degree of ownership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify risks and drive matters to closure with minimal supervision.
