What you'll do
- Corporate Governance & Legal support
- Support corporate secretarial matters for all India entities
- Coordinate statutory meetings, changes relating to directors, share capital, registered office, and other corporate actions
- Assist with regulatory filings, registrations, renewals, licenses, and permits
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal and compliance matters
