What you'll do

Manage the intake, triage and assignment of matters requesting Legal review using the Corporate Legal group's matter management system
Analyse information in requests and determine appropriate document or advice required, including the review, preparation, and finalization of agreements
Provide accurate and timely legal support across defined workstreams (e.g., NDAs, Distribution Agreement, Seeding Agreement, MTA’s, CDA’s, contract review
Seeking a HighQ Matter Docketing Specialist to accurately create, manage, and maintain legal matters
The role involves stakeholder coordination, workflow management, and reporting to drive efficient legal operations and seamless matter intake processes
