This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, providing the legal judgment intelligence engagements run on: contracts, compliance, regulatory analysis, and the discipline of documentation that protects both client and firm.

What you'll do

• Own the legal workstream of live engagements — contract review, drafting, and negotiation support — from assignment through senior sign-off
• Conduct research on the legal challenges clients confront and convert it into advice the engagement team can act on
• Use: Legal research platforms, Case and matter management systems, Document management with version discipline, Contract lifecycle management tooling
