What you'll do

• 2.Prepare legal memos, summaries, and briefing materials for review by senior legal staff
• 3.Assist in interpreting laws and regulations relevant to company operations
• 4.Draft, review, and edit Business agreements, including NDAs, basic vendor contracts, and engagement letters
• 5.Maintain contract templates and support the contract lifecycle process
• 6.Flag legal risks in agreements and escalate complex issues to Corporate Legal Counsel
