Legal Compliance Lead Analyst - Cigna Healthcare

About the role

This position requires in-office attendance in Bangalore and shall report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, International Health Delivery Services (“ IHDS ”).

What you'll do

• Advise Cigna BLR and its business units on applicable Indian legal and regulatory compliance requirements, identify compliance risks
• Maintain and implement a risk-based compliance program, including compliance risk assessments, policies and procedures, monitoring, testing, investigations
• Coordinate regulatory communications, filings and engagement with relevant Indian authorities in relation to Cigna BLR’s compliance obligations
• Implement and oversee Cigna enterprise compliance requirements applicable by virtue of Cigna BLR being part of a US-headquartered group
• Oversee sanctions screening and related escalation processes performed by Cigna BLR, and coordinate with Central Compliance on controls, investigations
