What you'll do

• Assist in evaluating legal material and engagement documents — identifying the priority issues before anyone commits to a position
• Draft sections of legal submissions and opinion letters under the legal lead's line-by-line review
• Support the advisory reviews that precede engagement commitments — the risk flags that shape scope
• Use: Legal research databases, Document and template management systems, Structured drafting workflow with tracked review, Regulatory reference libraries
