What you'll do

• Provide practical legal guidance on commercial, technology, privacy, and regulatory matters
• Assess and mitigate legal risks while balancing business objectives
• Manage contract workflows, templates, and repositories using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, preferrably SpotDraft
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Leadership functions
• Support the development of legal policies, contract playbooks, and process improvement initiatives

What you need
