About the role

The legal team facilitates legal risk and compliances centrally and ensures business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

What you'll do

• Drafting, reviewing, red-lining, negotiating, and finalizing documents like Banking Alliances, Corporate PSA’s, promotional agreements, Escrow agreements
• Resolve any contractual issues developed while working with clients, partners, service providers, and vendors
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams (compliance, product, finance

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
