About the role

A successful candidate should have: A degree in law from a recognized institution. Proven experience in global contract drafting, negotiation, and management preferably for US and EU businesses, particularly in SaaS, licensing and technology sector. What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor, supplier, and customer agreements
• Identify legal and business risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected
• Maintain an organised repository of all contracts and other documentation
