About the role

Give clear legal advice to business teams on commercial matters. We're looking for someone who has: Experience giving practical legal advice to business teams. Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Confidence explaining legal points in clear, simple language. Experience working with internal teams and external legal advisers.

What you'll do

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts to protect business interests
• Help teams understand legal terms before they enter into agreements
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve legal queries in a practical way
• Manage external legal advisers when specialist input is needed
• Keep contract records organised and easy to access

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Negotiation
• Any graduate
