Legal Counsel – Ethics, Compliance & Investigations

About the role

This role is part of the global Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity Office within the Office of General Counsel. The Counsel and Investigator will be responsible for conducting investigations into alleged violations of law by Company employees and by the Company itself. The Counsel and Investigator will also investigate incidents involving alleged violations of Company policies and unethical behavior.

What you'll do

• Responsible for conducting investigations into alleged violations of law by Company employees and by the Company itself
• Assess allegations, properly scope and conduct investigations
• Identify and assess legal issues arising out of complaints lodged through the Company’s SpeakUp channels
• Provide legal analysis and legal advice to the Company on how to address any confirmed violations of the law
• Conduct professional and tailored investigations including systems review, investigative interviews and communication with complainants
