What you'll do

• Facilitate acquisition of compliance certificates, licenses and registrations as may be required for the operations of business
• Audit and implement compliance policies
• Support legal and business stakeholders on a variety of compliance issues and transactions, including, potential conflicts of interest, high-risk payments
• Organize and deliver compliance training and communications in integrity and compliance culture
• Be a key contributor to developing and implementing new compliance policies
