About the role

A successful Legal Counsel should have: A degree in Law from a recognised institution. Proven expertise in legal matters related to the Technology & Telecoms industry, especially internet regulations/ecommerce regulations. Competitive salary within the industry standard. What you'll do

• Ensure all agreements and related documentation comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal company policies, etc
• Prepare and maintain company policies, internal guidelines, and compliance trackers
• Conduct comprehensive legal research across diverse subject areas to support business initiatives and strategic projects
• Provide clear legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, risk areas, and effective risk-mitigation strategies
• Work with different teams to ensure contracts and compliance are completed on time
