The position of Legal Expert is the key position in these BIDs Missions/Main
What you'll do
- Advise the project team on applicable laws, regulations, permits and contractual obligations
- Review and support drafting of contracts, tender documents, amendments and project correspondence
- Advise on claims, variations, disputes and contract interpretation
- Monitor legal and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Coordinate with the client, contractors and external legal counsel on project-related legal matters
