About the role

A successful candidate should have: A degree in Law from a recognized institution Previous experience in legal roles within the FMCG/Consumer/Retail/E-Commerce industry Willingness to work 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays off) Opportunity to work with a growing organisation in the FMCG sector A chance to grow and advance in the FMCG industry within Pune

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across the FMCG/BPC business
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distributor, influencer, employment, lease, NDA, and service contracts
• Provide legal advisory and risk assessment support to management on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters
• Handle litigation, legal notices, consumer disputes, and intellectual property matters, including trademark filings, renewals, and infringement management
