What you'll do

• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for new geographies, business opportunities, distributors, agents, and strategic investments
• Advise stakeholders on legal, commercial, operational, and regulatory risks associated with international business transactions
• Develop pragmatic risk mitigation strategies while enabling commercial growth
• Lead customer and vendor negotiations with minimal supervision while balancing legal protections and commercial objectives
• Support business teams in structuring transactions and contractual frameworks
