- Scrutiny and approval TSR/ Legal Report Provide advice / suggestions to the business on acceptance of the TSR/ creation of mortgage
- Compliance of registration and stamping requirement on each of the deviations as per the policy
- Highlight the risk while accepting the collateral / security and creation of mortgage
- Drafting NOC, MOU etc – all the business related communication
- Driving Central legal team business
