Legal Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Manager – Legal will be responsible for supporting the company’s legal function with a primary focus on the review, negotiation, and management of vendor and commercial agreements. The role requires a strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration, and involves end‑to‑end ownership of the contract lifecycle in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

What you'll do

• Contract Review and Negotiation
• Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial and vendor agreements, including procurement contracts, SaaS and technology agreements
• Identify legal, commercial, and compliance risks in contracts, particularly in areas such as indemnity, limitation of liability, payment terms, intellectual property
• Lead negotiations with vendors and service providers independently, while aligning legal positions with business objectives
• Ensure contracts adhere to internal policies, approval matrices, and risk standards
