Safeguard organizational interests through legal means. Represent the bank in all legal matters with Power of Attorney (POA).

Timely filing of legal cases as per policy
Issue statutory and reply notices within Turnaround Time (TAT)
Update legal case status in the legal module
Maintain accurate MIS and reports on activities (stage and date wise)
Capture recovery, cost, and share data by the 10th of each month in the prescribed format/legal module
