About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst with 1-2 years of experience, to optimize the legal department's efficiency, technology stack, vendor management, and internal workflows, administrative processes, data analytics, and cross-functional projects.

What you'll do

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize CLMs (Contract Lifecycle Management)
  • Standardize end-to-end legal workflows to shorten contract cycles and eliminate operational bottlenecks
  • Maintain a self-service legal repository, templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal legal wikis
  • Evaluate emerging legal technologies and AI tools to continuously modernize department operations
