Lending Operations - AM - Merchant Lending

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day lending operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth and timely loan processing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the lending lifecycle, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

• Lending Operations: Manage day-to-day lending activities and ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications in coordination with Product, Technology, Business
• Daily Operations Management: Monitor daily operational activities, track pending cases and issues, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and relevant lending partners to ensure seamless execution of lending processes
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily operational trackers, prepare issue-resolution reports, monitor key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Issue Resolution: Identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
