Lending Operations & Partnerships - AM - Merchant Lending

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day lending operations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth and timely loan processing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the lending lifecycle, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

• Lending Operations: Manage day-to-day lending activities, ensuring the smooth and timely processing of loan applications and transactions
• Operational Monitoring: Track daily operations, monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
• Partner Management: Coordinate with lending partners, banks, and NBFCs to ensure smooth business operations and timely issue resolution
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Sales, Risk, and Credit
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily operational trackers, prepare MIS reports, and monitor key performance indicators to track business performance

What you need
