About the role

The Liaison Manager will act as a critical interface between the organization and various government authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on interpreting policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating approvals, and driving smooth coordination across departments to enable timely project execution.

What you'll do

• Policy Interpretation & Guidance
• Interpret central, state, and local government policies related to real estate development
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams on regulatory frameworks
• Track changes in policies, regulations, and government notifications and assess their business impact
• Policy Administration & Compliance

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• Any graduate
