About the role

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager to handle government approvals, statutory permissions, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate with CMDA, DTCP, Corporation, Revenue, and other government departments
  • Manage liaison activities with government officials and regulatory authorities
  • Follow up on approval processes and resolve documentation issues
  • Coordinate with legal, technical, and project teams
  • Ensure timely approvals and compliance with government regulations
