Liaisoning Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager to manage government approvals, statutory permissions, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects. The candidate will coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure smooth project execution.

What you'll do

• Handle liaison activities with CMDA, DTCP, Corporation, Revenue, and other government departments
• Coordinate with government officials, consultants, and legal teams
• Follow up on approval processes and resolve documentation issues
• Maintain approval records and ensure regulatory compliance

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Due diligence
• Documentation
• Any graduate

What you get
