About the role

The Hans Foundation works for the Health and Wellbeing of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities and women. Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs.

What you'll do

  • Set a schedule of visits to the students’ home
  • Support to tutors to set the schedule of academic support as per students’ needs, observing tutoring classes and providing hand-holding support as per the requirement
  • Undertake regular field-based monitoring as per the approved monitoring plan
  • Fill out the monitoring forms, consolidate and report to the office
  • Support and facilitate the administration of baseline assessment tools for all the students and stakeholders

What you need

  • 1–3 yrs of experience
  • MIS reporting
  • TDS
  • Any graduate
