Lighting Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Lighting Design Specialist to join our Global Services team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will partner with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to design, price, and help win some of Lutron's most iconic projects worldwide. What you'll do

• Develop lighting control and shading solutions for commercial/residential/hospitality projects during specification, estimation, and post sales stage
• Create lighting layouts, fixture specifications, and control zoning plans
• Perform lighting simulations (DIALux/AGi32) and prepare BOQs + design packages
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design queries
• Support client presentations, mock‑ups, and technical reviews

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Compensation and benefits

• B.Tech or B.E.
