Loan Documentation Processor

About the role

In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will review, prepare, and validate loan documentation, manage a pipeline of transactions, and partner closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to support successful loan execution.

What you'll do

• Review, prepare, and process loan documentation for moderately complex loan products in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Analyze borrower, collateral, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and required verifications
• Ensuring loan documentation is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve documentation exceptions, escalating non-routine issues when necessary
• Support quality control efforts by reviewing documentation for accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
