Loan Servicing Analyst / Supervisor

About the role

As a Loan Servicing & Credit Support Supervisor – Team Leader within the Loans group, you will oversee and guide your team to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals are consistently met. You will supervise a variety of processes, including Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, and external payments.

What you'll do

• Monitor team performance daily to ensure all SLAs are achieved and escalate exceptions promptly
• Supervise processes such as Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation
• Ensure adherence to quality and quantity SLAs while maintaining a robust workflow allocation model
• Serve as the SME, resolving complex process-related queries and coordinating with onshore teams as needed
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Management model, including SOPs and training
