To create a team of dedicated aggressive and ambitious team of Collection Team Managers & Collection Executive. To motivate the existing TEAM members to deliver to their potential. To Control Debtors efficiently through his team To Ensure Quality Service to Customers through his team To focus on Improving Portfolio Performance in the respective Location.

What you'll do

• Create a team of dedicated aggressive and ambitious team of Collection Team Managers & Collection Executive
• Ensure Quality Service to Customers through his team
• Manage NPA’s efficiently in respective location/s. Disbursement
• Ensure development of direct and indirect team
• Ensure our Service Providers follow the Orginisations policy Parameters, when directly interacting with customers on our Behalf
