Location Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workplace & Administrative Support Coordinator to provide general administrative and office operations support for our Bengaluru site. Reporting to the Regional Location Support Manager, this role plays a key part in creating a productive, safe, and engaging workplace experience by partnering with site leaders, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Provide general administrative support for the Bengaluru office while partnering closely with the Regional Location Support Manager
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and serve as a key connector with site leaders to foster a strong employee community and positive workplace culture
• Welcome visitors and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and office support needs
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, parcels, and packages
• Coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with applicable trade compliance requirements

What you need

• 3–6 years in customer support & success
• Customer service
• MS Office
• Communication
• Employee engagement
• Any graduate
