What you'll do

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for the department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Develop and manage the department’s budget, including forecasting financial performance and providing insights for budgetary adjustments
• Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring expenditures align with the budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard departmental assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis
