About the role

This role focuses on floor-level execution, control, and governance rather than people management, enabling consistent and compliant operations. Drive cycle count program, stock audits, and reconciliation Ensure system vs physical stock alignment (SAP/WMS) Lead root cause analysis for inventory variances and shrinkage

What you'll do

• Support warehouse and logistics operations by driving inventory accuracy, workplace discipline (5S), safety compliance
• Act as a process owner and execution anchor, ensuring adherence to SOPs, continuous improvement, and operational excellence through strong coordination with 3PL teams
• Drive cycle count program, stock audits, and reconciliation
• Ensure system vs physical stock alignment (SAP/WMS)
• Lead root cause analysis for inventory variances and shrinkage
