Logistics Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to lead a centralized, technology-driven transportation function across multiple locations. The role will focus on TMS/LMS management, Central Logistics Control Tower, transportation planning, fleet optimization, vendor management, and dashboards to improve visibility, utilization, service levels, and cost efficiency.

What you'll do

• Lead adoption and effective utilization of TMS/LMS and logistics technology
• Manage centralized visibility of transportation operations, trips, exceptions, delays, and capacity constraints
• Drive system improvements, automation, data quality, and integration with ERP, GPS, and other platforms
• Coordinate with multiple locations and transport partners to ensure smooth operations
• Establish standardized processes, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms
