What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one or small group shadowing support tailored to individual student needs within the IB PYP curriculum
• Create and maintain a secure, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages student confidence and personal development
• Apply inquiry-based learning strategies to assist students in mastering concepts and engaging with the curriculum effectively
• Collaborate closely with the primary teaching team to align support strategies with broader interdisciplinary goals and student welfare
• Leverage digital tools and educational technology to monitor student progress and facilitate communication with parents and staff

What you need
