About the role
Leads and reviews branch sales force productivity to meet values and volume targets. Drives sales target- setting for on- ground sales and conducts periodic reviews. Ensure accurate monthly stock planning, logistics management and sales forecasting. Develop strong win-win partnerships with channel and trade partners, including creating joint business plans with a medium to long-term view.
