M1 Manager - Financial Operations

About the role

The Financial Operations team at PayU is a dynamic group of finance professionals, data analysts, and process specialists who ensure the smooth functioning of our payment ecosystem. As M1 Manager - Financial Operations, you'll be mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic financial operations decisions.

What you'll do

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for a department of 18-25 senior professionals across all reconciliation verticals
• Drive enterprise-wide reconciliation strategy for transactions, reports, and funds across all payment channels and business verticals
• Establish strategic frameworks for comprehensive escrow accounts management aligned with evolving RBI guidelines on Payment Aggregators (PA)
• Architect sophisticated 3-way reconciliation ecosystems for UPI transactions (Switch/CBS/NPCI) with predictive analytics
• Lead strategic oversight of reconciliation operations for all card networks including RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and emerging payment methods
