M1 Manager - Presales

About the role

The Presales team serves as the crucial technical bridge between sales and customers, providing specialized knowledge to help prospects understand how solutions address their specific needs. This team plays a vital role in the pre-purchase phase by demonstrating functional capabilities, answering functional questions, building functional and technical proposals and handling RFX end to end in coordination with cross functional teams.

What you'll do

• Effectively driving and articulating solutions through Customer facing documentation and presentations
• Delivered to the highest standard
• Act as a Product representative within the team and own the Product solution for the Customer
• Manage and be ready for Core Product presentation, amend product presentation suiting customer
• Needs product demonstration at the request (planned/ad hoc) of Sales force/Customers

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
