What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end production support for mainframe applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Monitor batch jobs and online systems; ensure timely resolution of failures and issues
• Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS
• Perform impact analysis, code fixes, and enhancements based on business requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, QA, infrastructure) for smooth delivery

What you need

• 3–5 years in software engineering
• Mainframe
• ITIL
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
