About the role

Seeking a seasoned Automation & Engineering Lead with 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Platform Engineering, and Digital Transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise automation strategy, driving engineering excellence, establishing scalable automation frameworks, and leading high-performing global teams across complex technology portfolios.

What you'll do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide Automation and Engineering initiatives
• Drive the adoption of Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Quality Engineering, AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, operating models, engineering standards, KPIs, and best practices that promote consistency, accountability
• Spearhead large-scale transformation programs focused on increasing automation coverage, reducing manual effort, optimizing costs
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous testing
