About the role

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and associated equipment. The role focuses on minimising downtime, improving machine efficiency, and supporting safe manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

Machine availability & NON-STOP machine performance ensuring nearest to zero breakdown
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues
Maintain and service robots, HRS, hopper dryers, loaders & associated auxiliary equipment
Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions to reduce downtime
