Plan and execute major shutdowns, overhauls, and capital repairs of furnaces and presses, ensuring adherence to strict timelines. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increasing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
