Maintenance Supervisor (Machine Maintenance) at Maruti Suzuki India. Independently manage maintenance of critical CNC machines, die shop equipment, utilities, and material handling systems to ensure maximum uptime and quality.

What you'll do

• Independently manage maintenance of critical CNC machines, die shop equipment, utilities, and material handling systems to ensure maximum uptime and quality
• Lead complex troubleshooting of Fanuc CNC systems , servo drives, spindles, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical/control issues
• Perform and oversee precision CNC machine calibration, alignment, and accuracy improvement activities
• Execute preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance for machines as well as utilities
• Ensure reliable operation of plant electrical infrastructure, including BT/LT panels, MCCs, control panels, and power distribution networks
