Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The purpose of Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure desired asset output as per defined standards by ensuring all equipment's are running smoothly. The role ensures desired machine efficienct as per RCM plan by following laid down SOP's and safety standards to ensure optimum production is done without any safety incidents and excess use of resources beyond the alloted numbers.

What you'll do

• Implementation of preventive, predictive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance in mechanical plants including utilities & auxiliaries to ensure safe operations and to…
• Involvement in each project execution work
• Manpower & spares planning for timely completion of the maintenance work to reduce down time of the equipment or plant
• Maintenance cost controlling by effective planning & regular monitoring within the sanctioned budget
• Participation into Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reducing breakdown losses to increase plant availability

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• ISO 9001
• MS Office

• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
