Maintenance Technician

About the role

Ensure all facilities, utilities, and mechanical equipment are maintained in optimal operating condition through an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. Minimize equipment downtime and facility disruptions by providing timely maintenance and repair services. Support efficient procurement and maintenance planning through accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receiving.

What you'll do

• Ensure all facilities, utilities, and mechanical equipment are maintained in optimal operating condition through an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program
• Support efficient procurement and maintenance planning through accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receiving
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure cleaning, security, and other facility services meet established KPIs and contractual requirements
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs for facility infrastructure, including building works, HVAC systems, electrical systems
• Coordinate maintenance activities for mechanical equipment such as overhead cranes, welding machines, forklifts, air compressors
