About the role

Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. What you'll do

• Provide Technical Support to International Customers
• Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
• All Interviews will happen over telephonic or Skype
• The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification
