About the role
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth functioning of airport ground operations.
What you'll do
- Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gates, and baggage claim area

- Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
