What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end expense and BASP accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Drive team performance and process improvement through KPI monitoring, error-reduction plans, standardization, governance, and transformation initiatives
• Lead stakeholder and team development activities, including regular onshore connects, training, knowledge-sharing, cross-skilling, capacity management, backup planning
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Managing expense accounting or managed services teams
